Policies and Regulations

Overnight Hours Policy – Official quiet time is between 1am – 7am  During this time: Quiet generators only, No music, No loud noise, NO golf carts or other vehicles should be utilized.

Golf Carts – Golf Carts are allowed but must be registered at the speedway “Ticket Office”  Golf Cart passes are $25 per event/weekend.  Registration is done in person with Golf Cart present.  Golf Carts are not allowed inside any spectator entrance or pit area entrance gate and must be parked in designated areas. 

UTV’s, ATV’s, Mules, Gators, Pit Bikes, Etc – Are allowed for competitor use only.  Competitors must register these types of vehicles at the pit registration trailer upon arrival.  These type of vehicles are not allowed outside of the pit area or anywhere on property outside of pit gates. 

Ticket Sales, Suite Sales and all other reservations – All sales are final.  No refunds.  No exchanges.  Event, date & time is subject to change.  All rights reserved.

Rain Checks Policy – In the event of rain or postponement.  Event tickets will serve as the rain check for admittance into the rescheduled or rain date that is determined at the discretion of Mansfield Motor Speedway.  If an event is entirely cancelled and no makeup date is determined, refunds will be issued.

Elevator Access – Elevator use and access is reserved for staff and VIP Suite ticket holders only.  Handicap seating guests may also use the elevator to access level 2 seating areas.

Smoking Policy – The concourse, suites, concessions, restrooms and grandstands at Mansfield Motor Speedway are Smoke Free, including the use of E-Cigarettes.  There is a designated smoking area at the south end of the speedway toward turn 1.  

Staff will direct those found smoking in prohibited areas to the designated smoking area.  Any repeat offenders will be asked to leave without a refund.

Food & Beverage – No food or beverage is allowed to be brought inside the gates at Mansfield Motor Speedway.  Each guest will be allowed to bring in bottled water.  Guests with special needs regarding food & beverage should request exemption from our food & beverage policy in advance at the ticket office.

Cooler Policy – Guests may bring in coolers not larger than 14 x 14 x 14 inches in size.  Each guest will be allowed to bring in bottled water.  Guests with special needs regarding coolers for insulin, or other medical or personal related items shall request those coolers and items in advance at the ticket office.  All coolers will be inspected at entry gates.

Fan Removal Guests who are visibly intoxicated may be asked to leave or refused entry at the gates.

Guests who become intoxicated during the event and exhibit drunken, belligerent or inappropriate behavior will be escorted from the facility.

Alcohol Policy Ohio revised code 4301.62 prohibits the carry in or carry out of alcoholic beverages.  You must be 21 to consume, purchase or possess alcohol.  Guests over 21 years of age can purchase alcohol at the “BUD BAR” area which is located under the grandstand just outside of turn 4.  Alcohol is available for purchase in the main concourse area, behind the grandstand seating area.  Alcohol is prohibited inside the pit area.

Guest behavior Guests behaving in a manner that diminishes the race/event experience for any other guest, this person will be removed from the property.

Lost or Stolen Property Mansfield Motor Speedway is not responsible for any lost, left behind or stolen property on grounds.  This includes but is not limited to: Folding chairs, Blankets, Stadium Chairs, Etc. 

Prohibited Items / Items with stipulations

  • No glass containers
  • No umbrellas
  • No pets or animals of any kind (Except service animals).  Camping guests may have pets but they must remain in their campsites only.
  • Strollers allowed but only in the concourse area
  • No weapons, including, but not limited to, firearms, knives and impact weapons
  • No skateboards, roller skates, bicycles, mopeds, scooters, etc.
  • No beach balls, ballons, signs, banners etc. 
  • No horns, whistles or other noise making devices.  
  • Stadium seats are allowed but cannot exceed 18″
  • Coolers are allowed but must not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 14″ (Make note of food & beverage policy)
  • Folding chairs are allowed on grass hillside seating areas only
  • Blankets are allowed.  Leaving blankets overnight to save a seat does not guarantee seats will be saved and personal items are not the responsibility of Mansfield Motor Speedway

Release of Liability

Ticket holders and guests voluntarily assume all risk, liability and danger of property loss and personal injury incidental to racing and all activities at Mansfield Motor Speedway.  Ticket holders and guests irrevocably waive all claims of any nature toward Mansfield Motor Speedway, any of their employees, participants, vendors, partners, owners or affiliates of any kind, referred to as “Parties” and hereby releases these parties from any claims, damages, expenses, costs or liabilities.
